We don't just tap dance together, sometimes we watch tap shows together too!
We're going to see STORIES - The Tap Dance Sensation at the Peacock Theatre. ​​Join us to enjoy urban jazz, tap and percussion collide in this high-energy show​.

Hextable, Kent
Tapathon is a nationwide event organised by The Performers Project in support of BBC Children in Need. Tap dancers across the UK perform the same routine, at the same time, on the same day.

TapUK 2027
14th-16th May 2027
Torquay, Devon
TapUK 2027 will take us back to Torquay for another full weekend of tap, with workshops from elementary to advanced, our Saturday showcase and evening parties.
​
Your stay includes two nights at the hotel, breakfast and dinner, plus full use of the Aztec Leisure facilities when you’re not tapping.

Torquay, Devon
TapUK 2026 marks the festival’s 30th anniversary! We’ll be back in Torquay with 40 tap workshops, a 90s fancy-dress party and our Saturday showcase.

There are classes from elementary to advanced, plus two nights at the hotel, breakfast, dinner and full use of the Aztec Leisure facilities.

Hextable, Kent
Spend Valentine’s Day at The Howard Venue in Hextable with Amy Ireland. Choose one, two or all three workshops: Fast & Flirty Tap, Sweet & Steady Tap and Sassy & Smooth Jazz.

The full pass includes lunch, snacks, workshop videos and a few Tappers extras, with time to catch up between classes.
Stage & Screen
12th April 2026
Bromley, Kent
Stage & Screen is a full day of tap at Chantry Studios in Bromley, with three workshops taught by Ashley Nottingham and Jamie Read.
​
Choose Beg/Int or Int/Adv routines inspired by 42nd Street, Top Hat, Hamilton, A Chorus Line and Crazy for You, with breaks to eat and catch up between classes.

Southbank, London
We don’t just tap dance together – sometimes we go and watch it too! We’re heading to London’s South Bank for lunch before seeing Top Hat at the theatre.
​
TapUK teacher Connor Hughes is appearing in the show, so we’ll be there to cheer him on and make a proper Tappers afternoon of it.
Women in Tap
8th March 2026
Hextable, Kent
To mark International Women’s Day, Diane Hampstead, Blythe-Lili Couldridge and Zoe Davies will each be teaching a workshop in Hextable.
​
Each brings something different: fast footwork, confidence-building choreography or classic MGM tap. A sandwich lunch and workshop videos are included too.

Hextable, Kent
Tapathon is a nationwide celebration organised by The Performers Project to raise money for BBC Children in Need. Tap dancers throughout the country learn and perform the same routine, at exactly the same time, on the very same day.
